查看/var/log/ nvidia-installer.log,可以看到如下信息：
nvidia: disagrees about version of symbol struct_module.

cuda安装前需要安装kernel、kernel-headers和kernel-devel kernel-source,

yum install kernel kernel-headers kernel-devel

如果还找不到，则手动找到内核源代码目录，通常在/usr/src下面,使用–kernel-source-path指明 read more

使用ps3,调用blas函数时,考察函数花费时间,发现还不如不使用使用spe的blas优化实现,即cellsdk的blas实现花费的时间要比netlib的那个blas实现时间还多.

编译过程分别如下:
使用cellsdk的blas库实现:

安装完yellow dog　6.2之后发现只有一些cell的编译工具，却没有发现需要使用的一些开发包，重新将安装盘mount作为repo。

命令"ompi_info"可用来检测Open MPI的安装状态。该命令会返回 一个关于你的Open MPI安装的大概信息。

最近遇到一个超级难查的错误，一方面所因为程序所MPI并行程序，很难debug，基本没有啥可用的调试工具。其实之前用ubuntu编译完mpi程序后，执行即出现了错误，虽然没有解决，但我怀疑所环境问题。可能某些链接库的版本不对。
所以我用centos编译的open mpi是可以的，但是在将我的32位机与64位机并行时，在处理简单的程序时是没有问题的。
